I have had a very positive experience with Kaching Cart so far, but I especially want to mention Ryan from the support team. He has honestly been incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. I had quite a few specific questions about setting up my cart, including custom free gift logic, how the gift should appear in the cart, how the message should be displayed, and what would or would not be possible within the app. Ryan took the time to explain everything clearly and in a way that actually made sense. What I appreciated most is that he did not just give short or generic answers. He really tried to understand what I wanted to achieve and then explained the best possible workaround or setup based on the app’s current features. That makes a huge difference as a merchant, because sometimes you know what you want the customer experience to look like, but you are not sure how to technically set it up. Ryan made that much easier. Out of all the customer support experiences I have had with Kaching Cart so far, Ryan has definitely stood out as the most helpful, competent, and clear. His replies were friendly, honest, and practical, and I really felt like he was trying to help me get the best result instead of just giving a standard support response. The app itself is very useful for improving the cart experience, adding offers, gift messaging, and making the shopping journey feel more professional. But the quality of the support makes it even better. When support is this responsive and knowledgeable, it gives you much more confidence using the app in a live store. A big thank you to Ryan specifically. His help has been genuinely appreciated, and he is a great example of what good customer support should look like. Very happy with the support and with the app so far.
