We were about to start our work on custom building our cart page, and given our requirements, this would have taken weeks and have been very expensive, while at the same time not as adaptable and functional. I am SO SO SO glad I came across Kaching. This app has EVERYTHING we would have built, and much, much more. It is absolutely seamless to use and is bug-free. I spent a mere 2 hours building everything I need and it looks AMAZING and on-brand. Paul and Juozas were absolutely amazing. In those 2 hours, I probably fired away 20+ questions. They were both very competent and friendly. Feel bad, as Paul stayed behind working hours to help!!! 10/10 app UI. 10/10 team. 10/10 website compatibility. Couldn't recommend this app any more! Solid app, does exactly what it promises. Setting up the bundles was straightforward and the cart looks clean out of the box. Had a small issue with the cart not opening and Erikas from support figured it out quickly — turns out it was a shipping config problem on my end, not even the app. That kind of support is rare. Recommended.

Excelente aplicación, con muchas funcionalidades y muy editable. Y en caso que necesites algo más concrecto, el equipo de atención lo soluciona, en mi caso Erikas. La recomiendo sin duda!

Ik wil graag even mijn waardering uitspreken voor de hulp die Lukas mij heeft geboden. Elke keer als ik ergens tegenaan loop, helpt hij mij op een vriendelijke, snelle en effectieve manier verder. Geen gedoe, gewoon direct meedenken en problemen oplossen. Dat noem ik echte service. Het is tegenwoordig zeldzaam om iemand te treffen die niet alleen kennis heeft van zaken, maar ook echt betrokken is en de tijd neemt om te helpen. Dat geeft vertrouwen en werkt gewoon prettig samen. Domantas is an absolute legend — best support I've ever experienced I've tried a lot of Shopify apps over the years, and the support is usually the weakest part. Not here. Domantas went completely above and beyond every single time I reached out. Fast replies, actually understood what I was trying to do, and didn't stop until everything was working exactly the way I wanted. Not the usual copy-paste answers — real, thoughtful help every time. The app itself is great, but honestly Domantas is the reason I'm leaving this review. He's the kind of support rep that makes you genuinely loyal to a product. Whatever they're paying him, it's not enough. If you're on the fence about Kaching — just install it. And if you get Domantas helping you, consider yourself lucky.

An app that solves as many tasks as Kaching CartDrawer Cart Upsell does especially needs a skilled and helpful tech team behind it that directly supports users on the front end. Helps a bit with upsells on the side, faster checkout too is really neat customizations - easy to set up overall. Really helpful staff Domantas went above and beyond helping me fix my issue.

had a great experience with the Kaching Cart Shopify app! The support agent, Domantas, was extremely responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process.
