I had an issue with Kaching Bundles and contacted support. Domantas responded very quickly and resolved the problem in no time. Really impressed with the fast and helpful customer service. Highly recommended.

Paul fixed an issue I'd been stuck on for a while — removing the quantity selector on a free gift item in the cart drawer. Done in under 10 minutes. Fast, efficient, and sorted out a second issue I'd been running into while he was at it. Exactly what good support looks like.

Dovydas helped me with several issues across Katching Bundles, Cart, and Subscriptions, and the support was honestly excellent. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was really easy to understand and made sure I actually knew what was going on, he was very quick in solving things for me with so much attention to detail. What I appreciated most was that he really went the extra mile to solve every problem properly. He was patient, thorough, and genuinely committed to getting everything working the way it should. It was not necessary to explain so much in detail, because he understood right away what I wanted. If you ever get help from Dovydas, you’re in very good hands!! Erikas helped me with some improvements on the cart page, making the structure cleaner and easier to understand. Now everything feels more consistent with the store design and much more effective in guiding the customer to checkout. Great experience working together.
