Been trying to reach support over 1 month to get our invoice- they don't reply there emails or messages.

As soon as we identified the duplicated transaction, we proactively issued a refund from our side. We always aim to resolve any issues as quickly and fairly as possible, and we’re happy to continue assisting if you have any remaining concerns.
Everything went smoothly and was hassle and stress free. Didn't take too long and it was great that I could actually see the progress. Was great that I had a customer success manager check in after a few days to see how everything went.
