Been trying to reach support over 1 month to get our invoice- they don't reply there emails or messages.
We’re sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied. We’d like to clarify that communication has been ongoing, and there was no intention to delay or ignore your request. As soon as we identified the duplicated transaction, we proactively issued a refund from our side. Everything went smoothly and was hassle and stress free. Didn't take too long and it was great that I could actually see the progress. Was great that I had a customer success manager check in after a few days to see how everything went.
