I just switched over from Swym and so far so good! Sam immediately helped me out on the chat by moving the button for me. He's so helpful and as I navigate the app, I know he will be there to help with any questions. Highly recommend. Nice, clean app!

useful app. very easy to install and integrate and quick support from the team. must use if you wanna track the demand and which products you need to prioritize to restock.

Weekend, Saturday, 6am in New York. I had a question, so I wrote it in the chat, hoping I'll get an answer by the end of the day. I got an answer within 5 mins. This quality of customer service is unbelievable I highly support developers who take care of their customers.

Kbite app has been really easy to add to my store with strong customer service and engagement. I'm leaning into them for the Notify Me feature (when my product runs out, until it's restocked)

We are a new user of this app and requested that the notify me button be located in a specific location on the product page and Sam was instrumental in making it look great in about 15 minutes. Very appreciated, and we hope to be a long time customer.

I've just moved to this app for back-in-stock notifications after the previous app drastically raised its rates. I haven't updated stock info yet to trigger an email send, but so far, so good. I was able to get it set up without problems and Sam was a huge help in importing my list of subscribers from the previous app, so that I didn't lose any of those leads.

This is a great app!! I was looking all over for one like this and came across Kbite. Sam the founder and developer was already available to assist me with the initial setup which was effortless. Try this app, instead of having just a sold out message, this elevates the store.

This app has been incredible for us keeping track of demand on our out of stock products. We are a very small team here and need to prioritize restocks in the most effective way and this gives us clear insights into those priorities based on the number of people signing up for the waitlists. Also when I did have small issue Sam was super responsive solving my problem right away. Great app & great team!

The most responsive dev I've ever communicated with! Sam jumped in to help me with what I needed his help with straight away. App does exactly what I needed. Nice and simple and easy to add CSS customisation. Highly recommend!
