We just added this app and have been thrilled with the addition so far. We received customer service from a LIVE PERSON immediately to help with install. I liked their free subscription offerings over others at least for a trial. I like the streamlined look of their notifications too blends well into our website.

App does exactly what is advertised, great option if you are looking for a way to cleanly notify your customers with a lot of options to customize your emails as well. The team is also very responsive and helpful. Thanks again!
