A complete rip-off - Do NOT install This app is a complete rip-off. Do NOT install it unless you want your store's inventory logic completely destroyed. Immediately after installing, it messed up our product availability, marking items as 'Sold Out' even though we allow backorders effectively killing our sales. To make matters worse, the developer has a shocking attitude. When we reached out to fix the mess, we were met with arrogance and rude behavior instead of support. I have never dealt with a developer this unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and money stay far away from this app. UPDATE 1: Regarding the Developer's Initial Reply The fact that you posted links to private customer support chat logs in your public response tells other merchants everything they need to know about your professionalism. You have just signaled to the entire Shopify ecosystem that private conversations are not safe with you. We had to fix the issue ourselves after uninstalling because your support was adversarial rather than helpful. My developer’s frustration was a direct result of your team's refusal to assist in debugging a live store issue. But the technical details don't matter anymore. The real issue is your ethics. Attempting to publicly shame a client by leaking support screenshots is predatory behavior and a violation of the Partner Program agreement. We are forwarding this thread—specifically your public disclosure of our private data—to Shopify Partner Governance. UPDATE 2: Response to the Developer's Edit It is interesting that you edited your response to remove the links to our private support chats. You realized that publicly posting private screenshots to 'shame' a client is a massive violation of Shopify Partner privacy standards, didn't you? You can hide the links now, but the fact remains: your first instinct was to leak customer data. Regarding the 'Continue selling when out of stock' setting: Stop lecturing us on how Shopify works. We intentionally use that setting as a core part of our business strategy to handle backorders and we always fulfill on time. Using a standard Shopify feature is not a 'mistake'—it is a workflow. Your support team's inability to respect that workflow without being condescending is exactly why we left. UPDATE 3: Your persistent sarcasm confirms our decision. In your latest edit, you claim that leaking customer chat logs is acceptable because, in your opinion, they "do not contain private data." Let me be clear: All support interactions between a merchant and a partner are private business records. Believing you have the right to publicly publish them whenever you feel offended makes you a liability to any serious business. And once again, you end your reply with a sarcastic, petty comment offering "guidance on professional communication." This childish need to have the last word with a snarky insult is exactly why your support failed in the first place. You are not a partner; you are a risk. We are done here.

Summary: Abusive behavior — whether from you or anyone acting on your behalf — is not acceptable. During the support conversation, the merchant’s developer used inappropriate language regarding issues they later acknowledged were caused by their own misconfigurations. Reply: If you would like evidence of the language used during support, we maintain full chat logs and screenshots. The records in question only document repeated instances of abusive, hostile, offensive, and unprofessional language from your developer and do not contain any private data. So will suggest reviewing policy at your end regarding what kind of language is acceptable. During the support conversation, communication unfortunately became unproductive due to hostile and inappropriate language from the merchant’s developer. We always aim to keep discussions professional and focused on resolving the issue. We would also like to clarify that the technical issue discussed here relates to your store’s “Continue selling when out of stock” setting, which controls whether a product can be purchased when inventory reaches zero. Our app does not have access to, and cannot modify, inventory or availability settings. We remain open to resolving this matter constructively and ensuring everything works as expected. If you need guidance on professional communication or setup assistance, you can reach out at [email protected]

I have removed the plugin from the site multiple times by installing and uninstalling, but it refuses to go away! I am also unable to contact support after the item has been (partially) removed. Even on this page it still shows the "Open app" button instead of the "Install" button but when I click, it takes me to a page with a weird, unrelated, unhelpful link. Please remove!!!

Hello, Despite several attempts, there hasn't been any response to our messages sent via email, SMS, LinkedIn, or Facebook. It's worrying that there has been no reponse across any platform. Regarding the installation/uninstallation of the app, this process is managed within the Shopify app section. Additionally, it's important to note that we don't make any changes into your theme. You can simply remove the app from Shopify, and the uninstallation process will be completed seamlessly. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service, so it's disheartening to receive a 1-star review for a situation that is beyond our control.
