I’ve tried several different “back in stock” apps on Shopify over the years, and honestly none of them come close to Back in Stock, Notify Me: Kbite. These guys just do it better—everything from setup to daily use has been smooth, reliable, and stress-free. The UI and UX are excellent—very clean, intuitive, and easy to customize to fit our store’s look and feel. My customers see the “notify me” button in exactly the right place, and the design blends seamlessly with our theme. The integrations are also super simple—I had it connected with Klaviyo and running in no time, without any complicated workarounds. Where Kbite really shines is their customer service. I’ve reached out a couple of times with small questions, and their responses were insanely fast—like, faster than any other app support team I’ve dealt with. They don’t just give you generic replies, either. They actually listen, troubleshoot, and make sure you’re fully taken care of. That kind of support makes a huge difference when you’re running a busy store. Functionally, the app works perfectly. Customers can sign up for restock alerts easily, the notifications go out automatically, and we’ve already seen sales we would have otherwise missed. It’s a true “set it and forget it” tool, but with the comfort of knowing support is right there if you ever need it. After trying other apps that were clunky, slow, or overpriced, this one is a clear 10/10. If you’re on the fence about which “back in stock” app to go with, save yourself the time and just choose this one. It’s the best solution out there, backed by a team that actually cares about their merchants’ success.
