I just installed the app so waiting for full test before giving 5 stars, but set up was very easy and Sam helped me get everything set on our store. Reasonably priced compared to others I looked at and appears to have everything we need to simply alert customers of restocks on the website. Very helpful and I'm looking forward to using the app

The app is easy to use and works as advertised. Customer support is excellent. They respond quickly and will make changes for you in an instant. Very happy with this app.

Needed an app for restock notifications. Had a great experience with support, specifically Sam, who helped me modify the appearance of the widget so it fit our store better. The set up was quick and I got support immediately when I needed it. The free plan is the best one out of the apps we were choosing from and we will be upgrading to a paying plan once the shop is up and rolling.

Works well on our store. Small tweak needed to sit the button under the add-to-cart but Krtbite reached out to us and sorted that quickly and with no fuss. Great support from these guys!

I have removed the plugin from the site multiple times by installing and uninstalling, but it refuses to go away! I am also unable to contact support after the item has been (partially) removed. Even on this page it still shows the "Open app" button instead of the "Install" button but when I click, it takes me to a page with a weird, unrelated, unhelpful link. Please remove!!!

Regarding the installation/uninstallation of the app, this process is managed within the Shopify app section. Additionally, it's important to note that we don't make any changes into your theme. You can simply remove the app from Shopify, and the uninstallation process will be completed seamlessly. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service, so it's disheartening to receive a 1-star review for a situation that is beyond our control.

The support team for this app is wonderful! I needed help moving the location of the notify when back in stock button and they were so quick and friendly.
