Im a very small home business of hand crafted items and needed a restock app to help let customers know I can offer more than the few items in stock and would restock. I saw that this app had a lot of reviews and a 5 star rating and stated build for shopify while many did not state this .so I installed , When setting up I was unsure of what one of the boxes was asking and things would not save , I immediately sent a DM and Sam answered immediately and helped me with my issues , Was great pleasant fast service and I highly recommend

Sam the developer of the app gave me immediate and excellent support when setting up my shop with KB Back in Stock. I like the simplicity of the app and the ability to see a list of customers that are waiting for certain products to come back in stock. Very happy with their customer service, and the free entry price level for any small business just starting out in Shopify. Great Support - super APP!

A very simple APP with just the right function to boost my daily sales. I had a little difficulty setting up on my Shopify Store but Sam was very quick to step in and resolve my issues. In this busy world it is refreshing to receive excellent Customer Service from half way around the world at any time of the day. I plan to upgrade my plan to be sure the app works seemlessly and also so contribute to a One Man Business!!!
