We mainly use Back In Stock, Notify Me: Kbite to notify customers when class spots become available, and it’s been perfect for that, while still working seamlessly for all products. The setup was easy, notifications are reliable, and the app does exactly what we need. On top of that, the customer service is extremely responsive and genuinely helpful, which makes a huge difference. Highly recommend!

Everyone NEEDS This App! My Store has thousands of SKUs and sometimes I can forget to update inventory on specific items and this app is perfect. it is simple to use and easy to customize to match the theme of your site. Support reached out to me as soon as I downloaded the app and helped me through everything even though it was all user friendly. Sam from support was super amazing and made everything even easier.

Incredible support from real people (no bots!) who solved my issue in under two minutes. I’m genuinely very happy with the experience. If you’re hesitating, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try and the pricing is also very competitive compared to similar apps.

Great app, does exactly what we need. The monthly costs are sensible and the support is second to none - really responsive and fast to make changes. Really good app, would thoroughly recommend.
