The live support is SUPER helpful!! It sucks that the free plan doesn't allow for more emails but I guess you get what you "don't" pay for.

DL-ed the app for more options than our standard sms has. Very responsive CS dev team. Buttons look good and everything is customizable. So far so good :)

Best app in shopify! This app has helped us increase the volume of sales within our store mainly when out of stock, obviously. The team is really responsive and if we have a challenge we can't work out ourselves, Sam and the team is on it in minutes. Really impressed with the service! Thanks for your help

I just added the app today and within minutes by Back in stock button was customized to match my theme. Highly recommend giving this app a try. The basic plan is $5/month instead of $20.
