Support was very responsive in helping to set up the app. Just a note: for those who want to fully customise the email, you might need a bit of HTML knowledge due to the formatting/margin/padding.

I've just added the Back in Stock/Restock app but so far so great! Had immediate real time help in chat and they were able to do my customisations immediately. Seems easy to navigate the app and I like the way it looks on my site.

Installed this app in our store recently and find it very useful and easy to use. We were having some issues and we contacted the support team and they responded pretty quickly and resolved our issue swiftly so we're satisfied with the app and would highly recommend it.
