This application is quite straightforward, and the customer service is very helpful and forthcoming! However, if you require any kind of customisation with the back in stock pop up you need to request help from a developer which is a shame. It would be the perfect application if you could select your desired colours and font to match your theme without going through customer service.

Great customer service. Wayyy cheaper when compared to others with more features. You can add your sent email at the lowest plan, which is incredible. So happy with this and easy to use!

I added this app to my store this morning and needed some help with showing out of stock items on my particular theme. Sam was VERY helpful and added a unique button for me that enables me to work round the conditions of my theme. Very happy with the service and looking forward to using the app on my store. Very happy with this app and especially the support! The support replies within seconds and helps with every issue raised. This is incredible and I have never experienced such a good customer service with another Shopify App. The app itself has every function that we need for our shop. I can therefore highly recommend Back in Stock & Restock Alerts.
