Response time is amazing! Glad to have apps that understand how important it is to have an in-app chat feature to immediately step in to solve problems rather than emailing back and forth for weeks like some of these other apps we have had trouble with. We had a problem setting up this app to work with our custom page builder but the support responded within minutes of us asking for help and got our issue resolved. I highly recommend this app.

Great app - shows customers that you really care and helps you maintain their loyalty. Sam from CartBite customised the widget and the colours so it matched out theme within 24 hours.
