Needed help with the install and within minutes it was sorted by Sam via livehelp. Can't get better than that.

Support was very responsive in helping to set up the app. Just a note: for those who want to fully customise the email, you might need a bit of HTML knowledge due to the formatting/margin/padding.

The app works exactly as advertized. Support is easy to work with. I love that you can specify that alerts are only sent out if stock is above a number higher than 3 just in case someone finds one extra unit in the warehouse.
