Good customer service, quick and relevant. The app gets you the basic of what you need quickly and efficiently.
Acabamos de empezar con ellos y no puedo dar mucho detalles del funcionamiento pero la primeras señales son buenas. El servicio de chat ha sido rápido y nos han ayudado en la instalación del botón donde nosotros queríamos. Fácil de instalar y muy versátil para adaptarlo a nuestro tema. ¡Recomiendo!
I needed this app to let customers be notified when stock was replenished. It does that very well -- 5 stars. I didn't use any other feature. My only comment is, while support was VERY responsive, I don't know why I needed them to write CSS and install code for a configurable item in the app.
So far so good- I have only had this for a few hours, so will update when it has been longer. Support has been excellent
We've just installed, seems intuitive, but we needed the support to finish some settings. We're excited to see the results!
I have not used the app yet but customer service has been very helpful so far and got me set up with zero trouble!
This application is quite straightforward, and the customer service is very helpful and forthcoming! However, if you require any kind of customisation with the back in stock pop up you need to request help from a developer which is a shame. It would be the perfect application if you could select your desired colours and font to match your theme without going through customer service.
Just begin to use this plugin. Not sure if it will help my store. The support is quick and helpful, good to use for now.
I just intalled the app, a Notify me button. I haven't seen it work yet, but asked for help to put it in the page and the support was very good. I'll see how the button works and then I'll write another review about it.
This is a great app, and the support team are very nice and efficient. I throughly recommend it. John
I had a bit of trouble understanding how to deploy the widget and couldn't find much info to guide me in the support section, but I was able to connect with online support very quickly and they made the necessary changes for me.
So far so good. They helped install the button very quickly. I mainly want to use this app to notify customers when an item is in stock, only reason i wont give it 5 stars is because I just started using it.
UPDATE- I had to delete the app as it sent 15 emails to customers in an hour!!! totally ruined my restock day and I was left with many angry customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. There are plenty of better apps on Shopify so pls avoid this unless you want a stream of annoyed subscribers. - UPDATE- I decided to amend my review as the team did try their best to fix the issue. They are helpful and a startup so I appreciate mistakes can be made. I would recommend the app as a basic restock app but I do think there are apps out there that have been around for longer and are therefore better. Wishing the team all the best
