Great customer support to get the app customized for my Shopify Theme and a very simple setup. Great App!

We've been using "Back In Stock, Notify Me: Kbite" and it's been great. The app does exactly what it's supposed to do, and the setup was smooth. A special shoutout to Sam, who was incredibly helpful. He responded quickly, understood exactly what we needed, and got everything sorted out faster than expected. Easy setup, and quick response for assistance if you want the button moved from the side to the below the out of stock comment. I appreciate the $0 starter level as I am trying to update the site. So far it's as good of an app as you can ask for

Instant work

Easy to install. One small issue with the size of our logo on the email the customers receive - the online support from Sam made sure this was sorted this out very quickly. Early days still but our customers have already started using the app and I can see it has the potential to save us huge amounts of time and effort as our stock, garden plants is often unavailable for long periods of time.

The easiest integration there is for Back in stock notification, the team is so supportive and gets your query resolved in mins. Thank you, for the wonderful experience.
