Very quick to assist with support. I was having problems seeing the "notify me" button on my store, I just recieved a pop-up notification asking if I need help with the button as it was showing on the screen as "floating".

Sam was a great help, and understood that I am not computer literate. Very patient, did what I needed in a timely manner. I will be recommending this app to my fellow business owners

So far so good. The app didn't work upon installing it and I had to contact customer service to get it going, however, they responded and fixed the issue within 24 hours.

Just installed the app and needed to contact support to set it up. Within about 30 seconds, on a Saturday no less, I was connected and had it set up within minutes. So far, so good! App is very straightforward and works with my theme. Can't complain.
