We mainly use Kbite for back-in-stock notifications, which are especially important for us because we sell collectibles and our inventory can be very volatile. When products come back in stock, they can easily sell out again shortly after the notification goes out. The app has worked extremely well. Setup and integration with our Shopify store were very straightforward, and everything has been running smoothly. I only needed to contact support once, and the response was both quick and helpful. In fact, that experience was one of the reasons I decided to upgrade to the paid plan. Most importantly, the app has helped us generate several thousand euros in sales that would have been much harder to recover without an automated back-in-stock system. For just $5 per month, the value for money is exceptional. Highly recommended.

App does exactly what you need it to do, easy to use UX even for non-techy owners. Was doing a big update recently and it got stuck. Sam responded immediately and fixed the issue. Has helped our business immensely.

The app was very easy to set up, and I was able to add the back-in-stock notification button quickly. The support was also excellent!
