The first experiences have been fine so far. The customer service is very helpful, my questions were answered quickly and I received help with installation quickly. Thank you! 8-7-25: Recently changed Shopify themes. Asked a question to customer service and again got a quick response.

Erleben durfte ich einen schnellen und zielgerichteter Support. Die APP von KB mit der Bezeichnung "Back in Stock - Notify ME" hilft mit der Zeit einen großen Fundus an Stammkunden anzusammeln, aber auch wiederkehrende Kunden zu finden. Amazing service. Chat was answered within 2 mins, even during the Christmas week! Changes were implemented within 5 minutes. Couldn't be happier with the service.

I was tired of receiving countless emails asking when a particular product would be back in stock, so I decided to find an app that would notify customers automatically. That's when I discovered 'KB-Back In Stock Notify Me.' It's built for Shopify and the only one with all-around 5-star reviews, so I decided to give it a try. As soon as I started using it, I understood why it had such stellar feedback. I needed help placing the 'Notify Me' widget under the 'Sold Out' button, and I figured it would take a day or two for a response. To my surprise, someone answered right away. They asked me to send a link to the sold-out product, and within seconds, the button was perfectly added to my store. Super impressed and highly recommend!
