Top! A useful addition to my store that has already paid for itself. The notification function works perfectly. Although the “Notify me” button was initially only displayed at the edge of the screen, it is now regularly used by my customers. I would particularly like to emphasize the excellent customer service: Sam from CartBite contacted me via the chat function and offered to place the button directly below “Sold out” or “Add to Cart” free of charge. After sending the link to my Shopify store, the customization was done in just five minutes. That's what I call service! Thank you very much - brilliant. Deutsch: Top! Eine sinnvolle Ergänzung für meinen Shop, die sich bereits jetzt bezahlt gemacht hat. Die Benachrichtigungsfunktion funktioniert einwandfrei. Obwohl der "Notify me"-Button anfangs nur am Bildschirmrand angezeigt wurde, wird er mittlerweile regelmäßig von meinen Kunden genutzt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den exzellenten Kundenservice: Sam von CartBite hat mich über die Chat-Funktion kontaktiert und angeboten, den Button kostenlos direkt unterhalb von "Sold out" bzw. "Add to Cart" zu platzieren. Nach Übermittlung des Links zu meinem Shopify-Shop war die Anpassung in gerade einmal fünf Minuten erledigt. Das nenne ich Service! Vielen Dank – genial.

So far so good with this app! the developer instantly helped me via chat to configure some things and it was very easy to set up. If it continues to work well on the free plan, I would definitely consider paying monthly for more features.

So far so good, just installed so see how it goes but it looks like just what we wanted. Very quick support getting the notification button in the place that we wanted.

Very easy to install, process took under an hour and we are very pleased with how everything looks so far. We spoke to the developer via the chatbot and was very responsive, addressing all setup enquiries we have so really seamless. No coding experience required whatsoever.

Fantastic experience. We were wondering where our other notify me app vanished to and discovered KB - Back in Stock Notify Me. At first I was a little challenged, bc, oh no! now I need to figure this out. But Sam, a real person, not a bot, emailed me and offered his help right away. I then had another request, and once again, he helped. So glad i don't have to study up. Thanks

While looking through several apps for out-of-stock notifications, this one caught my eye at first. Primarily due to the simplistic view with core focus on doing exactly what I needed it to do. After installed, the owner of the app immediately joined in a chat coversation and offered to do the configuation for me. In about five (5) minutes, he was done and we were golden. Other that my focus on apps that perform and produce results, the biggest piece I always focus on is best-in-class customer service, which is what I experienced this evening. Thank you for your help. You've been terrific.

Very simple to setup and customer service is very helpful. Must have app for any store to increase revenue and automate marketing.
