Exactly what I needed for my store! Simple to use and customer service was fast and effective. As someone who makes all my stock by hand, it's great to have a way for customers and fans to know exactly when they can shop without the hassle of constant social media updates and emails.

Super easy to download the app and set the button up. I ran into one issue but it was quickly resolved within 10 minutes! I'm looking forward to having this button on my site to keep up with customer demand and best selling products!

Cart Bite Back in Stock alert is a great little plugin! But the customer service is even better! I made a few changes to my website that messed up KB's interface with it because I'm an uneducated dumb dumb, I instantly opened their customer service chat box, vaguely and loosely describe the problem then went to bed. When I woke up, Sam at KB at solved and fixed everything with plenty of time to spare for me to prep for relaunching some products. IDK how the tech wizard did it. Thanks KB! You guys are doing a great service for us less technically inclined!

Just installed app, so far works well! I had trouble at the start although Sam was able to assist me within minutes and set everything up for me :)

Incredible! I switched from Back in Stock which I'd been with for 6+ years because their support took days to get back to me and wasn't helpful. Within 5 minutes, I found this app to have all the same features + more AND Sam customized the look to match exactly what I'd been trying to get Back in Stock to consider for weeks. Excellent- look no further. Literally start to finish 10 minutes and it was up and running perfectly!

Cette appli s'avère tres utile pour mon entreprise surtout pour les alertes de retour en stock,de produits. J'ai éte guidée via loe chat tout au long le l'installation et cela s'est tres bien passé et a été tres rapide ! Merci encore !
