Simply Bliss review for CartBot: Gift with purchase

We've been using this app to simply add a 'free sample' for every purchase. It's super simple to setup and I've NEVER had any issues after it was created. The only missing feature is that there is (that I can find) no way to have a rule *exception*. For example, if someone adds just a Gift Card to the cart CartBot will still add the sample (which requires shipping) thus adding shipping fee to the gift card only order.
