App can be tricky to make work the way you want it to. I could get past that if it wasn't for the slow support. Unlike almost all other apps I've used on Shopify, they only have support via email - not chat. That could be okay, but the email responses are very slow, especially considering that issues with this app can impact conversion rate and shopper experience quite significantly.
