Powerful Features & Seamless Integration We’ve been exploring the app and have been really impressed with the depth of features available—especially on the $29 plan. The ability to customise automated messages, access team inbox functionality, and integrate with our own WhatsApp number makes it a brilliant tool for streamlined communication. Although we use HelpCrunch for live chat, the additional WhatsApp support features are a great value add. With customers across Spain, the UK, France, and Belgium, having scalable messaging options is a huge plus.
