HikeWare review for CK: Abandoned cart on WhatsApp

I have only had this app a couple of days and already it has recovered a checkout as the bundle the customer had selected didnt have an option that my customer wanted. CK by sending the automated abandoned checkout message, allowed me to easily get into a comversation with the customer who ended up ordering over double his initial cart. A must have for Shopify stores and highly reccomended. I had a few setup issues but mostly user error probably due to me being excited about the app and trying to set it up in a hurry, but Vinodh kindly and very promptly checked everything and corrected any errors for me. The app works flawless and no doubt is going to have a huge increase in my recovered checkouts. Thank you
