Runspire review for CK: Abandoned cart on WhatsApp

Great app for stores in Brazil. We use it for abandoned cart reminders, order and shipping updates and review requests, all sent from our own WhatsApp business number. The support team (Vinodh) is excellent: he answered within minutes and adjusted our custom Portuguese templates several times, including adding buttons, the same day. The dashboard showed 4 recovered carts in our first days. Small suggestions: show the template buttons in the editor preview, and let merchants edit custom templates without going through support. Highly recommended.
