So far I like it. The only thing I don't really like is that it adds in person sales as orders. I wanted to see what was added to the online carts but we also have a brick and mortar store front. I was hoping the "order" count would just be for online sales. Especially since it only has the "add to cart" as online carts and not the POS app. It also doesn't seem to be completely accurate when people take things out of carts (I created my own cart and it only showed I took one item out instead of all 3 that I did.) But as far as adding to cart, it seems to be accurate.
Thank you for your feedback! We tried reaching out to you but haven't heard back yet. The cart tracking issue occurred because your cart was created before installing our app, so it couldn't track the original items. This won't affect any future carts, all new carts will track removals accurately. Regarding the order count we have already made changes to only include online orders, excluding POS orders.
