Cart Whisper is very useful, intuitive and well designed. The cart analytics are insightful and the widget has a few possible applications. For an online store like us it is a perfect simple tool to see how our customers are filling carts and provide instant help with cart issues. We can now offer discounts based on volume or location instantly which is a great engagement tool for our business. Support is excellent.

This app has been incredibly helpful for us. The real-time cart activity gives insight you just don’t get from standard Shopify analytics—you can actually see how customers shop, what they add, what they remove, and where they hesitate. That alone has changed how we think about optimizing our store. One standout feature is the ability for customers to submit their carts for discounts on larger orders. We searched everywhere and couldn’t find another Shopify app offering anything quite like this. It’s been a great tool for handling bigger, more thoughtful purchases. We did run into a couple of setup hiccups early on, but the support team was outstanding. They worked directly with us, fully synced everything, and made sure the app was working exactly as intended. Since then, it’s been rock solid. Highly recommend if you want real visibility into customer behavior and a smarter way to handle large orders.

This app works extremely well and provides invaluable insights into customer shopping behavior. It also allows customers to submit their carts for discounts on large orders, which is a unique feature—I wasn’t able to find anything similar on Shopify. I experienced a few issues during the initial setup, but the support team fully synced my store with the app, and it now works perfectly.

Cart Whisper has been really useful for us. The real-time feed shows exactly what customers are actually doing — which products they’re viewing, what they add to cart, what they remove, and where they get stuck. The live feed gives us a much clearer picture than Shopify ever did. The Cart ID feature is something we rely on every day. When a customer messages us with a question, we can open their exact cart instantly and help them finish the order. Overall, it’s simple to use and genuinely improves how we support our customers. Highly recommended

We absolutely love using Cart Whisper. The app itself is very intuitive and helpful for our specific industry and use case. We often times have to review customer orders prior to them being placed, and Cart Whisper makes this super easy with Cart IDs. Furthermore, the Cart Whisper team is open to suggestions and constructive feedback. We had some suggestions for them and they were able to implement both for us rather quickly! Highly recommend the app and the support they offer!
