I would certainly recommend cart whisper app. It has increased our sales opportunity incredibly allowing our customers reach out to us prior to placing a order. It allows our team monitor any potential sales and follow up if required. Highly Recommend and the customer support team is brilliant.

We have been looking for an app with this function for a long time. We finally found one, which gives us something that should be standard in all Shopify stores. They have done a great job with the app's design and functions, and I highly recommend this for anyone looking to capitalize on abandoned carts and cart IDs for customer service and quotes.

Great product, allows us to see carts in real time and make draft orders to help customers make the right purchases. They just added live activity feed to allow you to really home in on the customer experience. We are a very niche custom product, so we provide real expertise to music artists. Having the ability for them to ask questions from the cart is a real nice touch, allows us to make sure the customer has everything they need to get the best experience. Customer support has been great, have quickly added several functionality requests for us. Highly Recommend!
