Cart Whisper | Live View Pro

Had a few issues at first but they fixed it. There's been a lot of bot traffic to many Shopify stores now apparently. After I installed this app, my website got a lot of bot traffic from around the world (not the US where I'm based). App said I used up 500 carts for my plan within only a day or two of installing. But it only showed 53 carts total in my dashboard so far... Then it jumped to over 500 carts later. The support for this app was great, they credited me and the dashboard is working much better now.

I have been using this app for the past 3 months, and every time a new issue keeps coming up. Your support team takes an unreasonably long time to resolve even basic problems, and this time the issue hasn’t been fixed at all. On top of that, you are continuously adding unjustified charges. Your Business Plan clearly states a limit of 500 carts per month. However, in the last 3 months, my total usage has only been 1,035 carts — which means I have used roughly 300 carts per month. Despite this, your system is falsely showing that I have used 4,775 carts, which is completely incorrect. Not only that, you have also blocked my new carts without any valid reason. This is unacceptable. This behavior is highly misleading and appears to be a scam. You advertise one limit, but once a user subscribes, you arbitrarily change the limits and charge extra without justification. I have been trying to contact your support team for several days, but now you have completely stopped responding. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I expect an immediate correction of this issue and a clear explanation for these false charges.

Cart Whisper is very useful, intuitive and well designed. The cart analytics are insightful and the widget has a few possible applications. For an online store like us it is a perfect simple tool to see how our customers are filling carts and provide instant help with cart issues. We can now offer discounts based on volume or location instantly which is a great engagement tool for our business. Support is excellent.

The real-time cart activity gives insight you just don’t get from standard Shopify analytics—you can actually see how customers shop, what they add, what they remove, and where they hesitate. That alone has changed how we think about optimizing our store. One standout feature is the ability for customers to submit their carts for discounts on larger orders. We searched everywhere and couldn’t find another Shopify app offering anything quite like this. It’s been a great tool for handling bigger, more thoughtful purchases. We did run into a couple of setup hiccups early on, but the support team was outstanding. They worked directly with us, fully synced everything, and made sure the app was working exactly as intended. Since then, it’s been rock solid. Highly recommend if you want real visibility into customer behavior and a smarter way to handle large orders.

This app works extremely well and provides invaluable insights into customer shopping behavior. Cart Whisper has been really useful for us. We absolutely love using Cart Whisper. The app itself is very intuitive and helpful for our specific industry and use case. We often times have to review customer orders prior to them being placed, and Cart Whisper makes this super easy with Cart IDs. Furthermore, the Cart Whisper team is open to suggestions and constructive feedback. We had some suggestions for them and they were able to implement both for us rather quickly! Cart Whisper has been a great tool for my store. Not only does it help me assist customers during checkout, but it actually helped me identify why so many carts were getting abandoned in the first place. We have been looking for an app with this function for a long time. We finally found one, which gives us something that should be standard in all Shopify stores. They have done a great job with the app's design and functions, and I highly recommend this for anyone looking to capitalize on abandoned carts and cart IDs for customer service and quotes.

Great product, allows us to see carts in real time and make draft orders to help customers make the right purchases. They just added live activity feed to allow you to really home in on the customer experience. We are a very niche custom product, so we provide real expertise to music artists. Having the ability for them to ask questions from the cart is a real nice touch, allows us to make sure the customer has everything they need to get the best experience. Customer support has been great, have quickly added several functionality requests for us. Highly Recommend!

We love the live carts option for actively tracking customer carts. It helps us understand customer behavior. also, the widget with the form on the cart page widget helps our customers with questions, while they are about to complete the orders, and helps us complete these orders.

Abraham and team have been extremely helpful in answering all my questions. They even implemented one of my suggestions into their core app!

Killer app! We're a wholesaler using Shopify Plus and this app is perfect for tracking our clients journey throughout the site. We can see who is currently logged in creating carts and even convert those carts to drafts to push through on the backend. All the sales reps love me now since they can check their customers live activity and easily close any open or abandoned carts.

App is great but more than that the customer service is excellent! They answer quickly any time of day or night and even take suggestions to make the app work better for you. I cannot speak highly enough!!

We really like this app as it gives us us the possibility to see what is happening in carts and even more is the cart widget and exit popup showing a uniqe Cart ID for each customer making it easier for us and our customers if they need help during checkout.
