So right after I installed this app, my website was flooded with fake bot traffic from around the world (not the US where I'm based). Said I used up 500 carts within only a day or two and I had to upgrade my plan. Also only shows 53 carts in my dashboard... Obviously they rig this to charge users more, which is terrible. My normal user amount would be maybe a quarter of the traffic I got after installing this app. Yet NO actual sales...? Hmmm sounds like fake visitors to inflate their numbers. And the funniest part is after they cut me off on the plan, my website traffic mysteriously dropped back down to almost nothing.

Cart Whisper is very useful, intuitive and well designed. The cart analytics are insightful and the widget has a few possible applications. For an online store like us it is a perfect simple tool to see how our customers are filling carts and provide instant help with cart issues. We can now offer discounts based on volume or location instantly which is a great engagement tool for our business. Support is excellent.

This app has been incredibly helpful for us. The real-time cart activity gives insight you just don’t get from standard Shopify analytics—you can actually see how customers shop, what they add, what they remove, and where they hesitate. That alone has changed how we think about optimizing our store. One standout feature is the ability for customers to submit their carts for discounts on larger orders. We searched everywhere and couldn’t find another Shopify app offering anything quite like this. It’s been a great tool for handling bigger, more thoughtful purchases. We did run into a couple of setup hiccups early on, but the support team was outstanding. They worked directly with us, fully synced everything, and made sure the app was working exactly as intended. Since then, it’s been rock solid. Highly recommend if you want real visibility into customer behavior and a smarter way to handle large orders.

This app works extremely well and provides invaluable insights into customer shopping behavior. It also allows customers to submit their carts for discounts on large orders, which is a unique feature—I wasn’t able to find anything similar on Shopify. I experienced a few issues during the initial setup, but the support team fully synced my store with the app, and it now works perfectly.
