The real-time feed shows exactly what customers are actually doing — which products they’re viewing, what they add to cart, what they remove, and where they get stuck. The live feed gives us a much clearer picture than Shopify ever did. The Cart ID feature is something we rely on every day. When a customer messages us with a question, we can open their exact cart instantly and help them finish the order. Overall, it’s simple to use and genuinely improves how we support our customers.
