It's not a perfect app, I required some techincal support. Tanveer and Ateeb gave me the best support, they fix and tweak some problems I encounter. The app it's not as friendly as others, but easy to understand and manage. I have experiencie with other similar apps, like :), and I discover CASA has more functions than other big big loyalty apps and FREE! CASA it's an app that compete in functions with any other big expensive loyalty app, maybe it's not the prettiest, but it has a COMPLETE environment. CASA do the same as other loyatlty apps and MORE!

So far so good! Does everything I need it to do, great customer service - helped me get set up and integrate points and customers from my previous platform. Simple design. So far I love it!

Was able to set up in minutes, so far so good! Will review after we get going on this . but excited to offer to our customers. We worked with Tanveer, helped with all aspects of the program. we needed to add to our instore and she helped with that. Looking forward to offering our customers this reward program.
