Casa Loyalty had just about everything I was looking for for my rewards program. Though I do wish there was a free birthday gift option. I had 1 issue but the team responded in a timely fashion so I do recommend!

The iniatial onboarding is awesome. Ateeb and some were all there to make sure the app is running well, and if you are not tech savvy, they were ready to hold my hand making sure the app is well integrated and working well with the existing theme. All in all, perfect app. Will share more reviews after a month of using it.

No customer service. Support chat responds once a day with extremely slow response times. The support team does not understand the technical dynamics of their own app. I made an appointment for a call, but NO ONE showed up for the appointment. The app may be good, but this is a real waste of time. I will update my review if they change the way they support merchants. Regards

This app is absolutely wonderful and incredibly easy to use. Everything is straightforward and user-friendly, which made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Whenever I needed assistance, Ateeb was amazing, very responsive, helpful, and patient. Truly great support and a great app overall!

I was excited to try the app, so spoke to the founder, Sam. Told me his installer Ateeb would meet me to set it up properly. We scheduled. He didn't assist the meeting. Apologized. I scheduled again. They ditched me again. Just a waste of time.

So far this app seems to be running smoothly! I am not officially live, but have run tests as new customers. The process to earn points was simple to set up and seemed easy to understand on the customer end. It was fun setting up the point system and also being able to set up VIP perks was cool. Endless possibilities. I had a couple of user error moments when it came to the coding but was able to fix it on my own. If you aren't familiar with that side of things, the staff were very positive and offer any help you may need getting your points system up and running. tl;dr Easy to use, friendly folks, and highly recommend.
