I’m sorry, but they’re not consistent. They promise changes to implement your company’s loyalty program, but that’s not what happens. They do some things, but not others, or you have to wait for months on end. I've been trying to complete the modifications for six months. We’ve been chasing their developers since the start of the year; they’re too busy to finish a job they’ve already started. In business, reliability is paramount. At the moment, that’s not what we’re seeing here. Im sorry for this review and Im available to modify this review if I see a positive answer from the team.
No customer service. Support chat responds once a day with extremely slow response times. The support team does not understand the technical dynamics of their own app. I made an appointment for a call, but NO ONE showed up for the appointment. The app may be good, but this is a real waste of time. I will update my review if they change the way they support merchants. Regards
I was excited to try the app, so spoke to the founder, Sam. Told me his installer Ateeb would meet me to set it up properly. We scheduled. He didn't assist the meeting. Apologized. I scheduled again. They ditched me again. Just a waste of time.
