Agent was extremely helpful and made sure my app was set up perfect and offered to help set up landing page.

This issue took patience and several rounds of checking, but the Casa team stayed with it and got my loyalty program resolved. They verified the VIP multipliers, removed an unintended future gift-card benefit without affecting existing customer balances, history, tiers, or issued rewards, and provided the written confirmation I needed. I appreciate Vinay, Sam, Hamza, and the developer team for their hard work and follow-through.

What a great app to use alongside my store, works well with some great customisation available. I don't use all options currently but there is a chance that I may and at the same time there are options for many different businesses. Online chat/customer service is great, straight to the point with their answers and knowledge of their systems. As with any add on make sure you custom to your store requirements.

Really smooth experience setting up my program, with a pleasantly quick and efficient turnaround time the one time I needed to reach out to chat support. I was sure to provide clear details in my first message; within minutes they were able to jump right into addressing my queries, point by point. That was at midnight on a Saturday. I'm pretty pleased with how my Loyalty program has come together. I got way more out of it than I originally intended. It was my first time setting one up and I was able to pull it off with some minor assistance from Sam. Thanks again mate.

We've been using Casa Loyalty on our Shopify store for a while now. Along the way we ran into a few issues — POS points sync, some tweaks to the invoice-related email templates — and the Casa team responded quickly every time. Sam, Ateeb and Waqas in particular actually followed through and tested things properly before getting back to us, rather than giving us a brush-off answer. The POS points sync issue got fully resolved. Overall, it's a team that genuinely puts in the effort to solve real problems for merchants — would recommend to other Shopify stores running POS in physical locations.
