Perfekt für unser Geschäft – Kundenbindung leicht gemacht Als Shopbetreiber bin ich begeistert von der Casa Loyalty App. Die Implementierung war denkbar einfach, und unser Team konnte die App problemlos integrieren. Seitdem wir die App nutzen, kommen Kunden merklich häufiger wieder – die Punkte sammeln und einlösen funktioniert völlig problemlos. Besonders praktisch: Im Backend sehe ich auf einen Blick, welche Prämien gut ankommen und wie aktiv unsere Stammkunden sind. Die App hat unseren Umsatz spürbar gesteigert und die Kundenbindung massiv verbessert. Absolut empfehlenswert für jeden Einzelhändler!

Had the privilege to work with Rahul when i had any issues. There was a few things that did not integrate correctly and i reached out to Rahul in support, and he went above and beyond to get the loyalty program up and running. Everything looks good and works as it should!

I had a great experience with Rahul from the tech support team while setting up the Casa Loyalty app. From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. He walked me through each step clearly, making what could have been a complicated process feel simple and stress-free. What really stood out was how Rahul went above and beyond. Helping more than was expected. Rahul was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. Appreciated his help and wouldn’t hesitate to reach out again.

I gave this 5 stars because I did not know anything about the set up to my store so customers can use the rewards program. The customer service technician Teveen was so much help in the setup of the program and very helpful and and nice throughout the process that did not take long either. The technician for me was awesome. I suggest this to anyone wanting a loyalty rewards program for their business. Very satisfied
