I’m sorry, but they’re not consistent. They promise changes to implement your company’s loyalty program, but that’s not what happens. They do some things, but not others, or you have to wait for months on end. I've been trying to complete the modifications for six months. We’ve been chasing their developers since the start of the year; they’re too busy to finish a job they’ve already started. In business, reliability is paramount. At the moment, that’s not what we’re seeing here. Im sorry for this review and Im available to modify this review if I see a positive answer from the team.

I have a small business and I am happy I was able to find a easy Loyalty Program to use. The app is very easy to maneuver and if you are unable to do something, support is always ready to assist. Couldn't ask for a better app.
