WOKY 沃廚 review for Casa Loyalty Points & Rewards

We've been using Casa Loyalty on our Shopify store for a while now. Along the way we ran into a few issues — POS points sync, some tweaks to the invoice-related email templates — and the Casa team responded quickly every time. Sam, Ateeb and Waqas in particular actually followed through and tested things properly before getting back to us, rather than giving us a brush-off answer. The POS points sync issue got fully resolved. Overall, it's a team that genuinely puts in the effort to solve real problems for merchants — would recommend to other Shopify stores running POS in physical locations.
