Excellent loyalty app with outstanding support. Casa Loyalty is a great Shopify app that does exactly what it promises. The app is easy to set up, works smoothly, and gives us powerful tools to build real customer loyalty without unnecessary complexity. The features are well thought out and flexible enough to fit different store needs. What really stands out is the support and staff. The team is responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Ateeb is the best and has the best customer service! I was able to let him know what I wanted and he set it up for me with no problems! Browsed others, but none were as attentive and helpful. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to add loyalty/rewards to their site!
