We are excited to use Casa Loyalty - we have been using a paper punch card for many years and this will be the perfect option to transition to. Hamza has been very helpful throughout the process and has made things very easy to understand.

I’m very impressed with the quick response and helpful support from the Casa Loyalty team – they helped me solve my issue efficiently. Among the free loyalty apps I’ve tried, this one is definitely one of the most user-friendly and reliable. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to add a feature for setting point expiration rules – that would make it even better! Thank you for providing such a great free tool!

Aplicación muy completa, el servicio de atención al cliente exquisito, están muy atentos a que lo tengas bien configurado. Lo que es la aplicación puedes configurar un sistema de fidelización no solo con tareas tipo suscríbete, síguenos en redes sociales, cumpleaños, poner reseñas incluso en google maps. Además puedes configura niveles de fidelización VIP y tiene Recompensas por Referencia, poder ganar con link de referencia para ganar recompensas dando publicidad a tu pagina web. Dar las gracias a Ateeb por su paciencia y su implicación por aplicar todo y mejorar una traducción en mi idioma. Todo un profesional, por su interés por que estuviera todo bien y por su paciencia, recomiendo la app. ----------------------------------------------------------------- A very comprehensive app, with excellent customer service; they're very attentive to ensuring you're set up correctly. With the app, you can set up a loyalty system not only with tasks like subscribe, follow us on social media, birthdays, and even post reviews on Google Maps. Finally we had found the almost perfect app for the Loyalty and Reward program for our customers. An app that supports the POS in addition to the webshop. But after a quick response to my request for help or whether it was also possible to get a different calculation for the points and a call with Ateeb with a solution. Casa Loyalty (Thanks Hamza!! ) customized there app to the most perfect Loyalty and Rewards App for us. It offers many forms of rewards, is nicely adjustable so that it fits well with our websho and store and is lightning fast. From now on we will definitely only have happy customers, who can save for discounts or free shipping of their orders, for example. For us this means more loyal customers and more sales :-) I am now even more curious about their other apps.

I’ve been using Casa Subscriptions for a while now and I can honestly say it’s one of the best apps out there for managing subscriptions. The interface is super clear, easy to use, and very complete. On top of that, something I really appreciate is the personalized support I’ve received — every time I had a question or suggestion, the team responded quickly and very kindly. You can tell there’s a dedicated team behind it that truly cares about providing great service. I highly recommend it, definitely worth trying!
