The app is easy to set up and incorporate into your shopify store ( as long as you follow directions). If you get stuck the staff will kindly assist you. The staff's support is fast, reliable, professional, and patient.

When Ateeb was able to schedule a meeting with me, he was very helpful walking me through the demo, applying certain changes, and answering any questions I had.

So far this app seems to provide almost everything we could think of to offer in a loyalty/rewards program for our store. There are some rough edges to sort out and hopeful enhancements coming to the app in the future, but for now the setup plus the support has been solid and efficient.

Does what I want and great support.

Overall, a REALLY great app. I am a small shop and I can't afford a lot of additional apps so I appreciate the pricing structure of this app. Very easy widget set up! Lots of customization to create the look that I wanted. My customers are already enjoying this extra feature to earn rewards. Excellent customer service, very fast response times. Everyone who I talked to already knew what my (very minor) issue was so I didn't need to explain it to them again. Ateeb, Rahul, and Sam were all very quick to message me and get the issue resolved.
