App is great. Support is perfect. Cool features are also there for loyalty programs. Overall it works fine. I was facing problems while setting up landing page. And support did it for me. I was a great experience. Though some things are too much technical. It works very nice.

Very friendly and responsive team, and a really useful app that works perfectly for my store. The fact that it’s completely free makes it even better! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy and efficient solution.

After searching for a loyalty & reward program app. I have found the best solution for your needs. Why chose casa loyalty over all other loyalty & reward apps? First the Dev Team is incredibly helpful and available if you have any question and they are willing to help you. Also in a timely manner. This app currently is free and that is incredible. It has pretty much every feature you would want. To include integration with review apps so you may reward your customer with the app for leaving reviews. Additionally you are able to add rewards / perks when a member hits a new tier. So much more I could go on. However I point out two that I consider important and you will not find in any other app unless you are paying over $200 a month. Do yourself a favor get this app on your online shop. It is easy and seamless to work with and currently free. It is incredible!

If you’re looking for a Customer Engagement App that lets you grow your loyalty program without the steep monthly fees of other rewards platforms, this is the one. Setup was a breeze, and the support I received while moving my data from Smile.io to Casa was outstanding—fast, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. You truly don’t want to miss out on this app! Geetansh assisted me personally, and I hope I get the chance to work with him again—support like this is rare and simply perfect.

We are excited to use Casa Loyalty - we have been using a paper punch card for many years and this will be the perfect option to transition to. Hamza has been very helpful throughout the process and has made things very easy to understand.

I’m very impressed with the quick response and helpful support from the Casa Loyalty team – they helped me solve my issue efficiently. Among the free loyalty apps I’ve tried, this one is definitely one of the most user-friendly and reliable. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to add a feature for setting point expiration rules – that would make it even better! Thank you for providing such a great free tool!

Aplicación muy completa, el servicio de atención al cliente exquisito, están muy atentos a que lo tengas bien configurado. Lo que es la aplicación puedes configurar un sistema de fidelización no solo con tareas tipo suscríbete, síguenos en redes sociales, cumpleaños, poner reseñas incluso en google maps. Además puedes configura niveles de fidelización VIP y tiene Recompensas por Referencia, poder ganar con link de referencia para ganar recompensas dando publicidad a tu pagina web. Dar las gracias a Ateeb por su paciencia y su implicación por aplicar todo y mejorar una traducción en mi idioma. Great alternative to other loyalty apps. Working great so far and a very easy setup. Really good support as well from Ateeb
