COD King is the best platform for D2C brands. Their system is smooth, reliable, and perfectly designed for brands running COD orders at scale. The biggest plus is their support team—very responsive and solution-oriented. Special thanks to Gaurav J, who does fast and effective work. Every issue we faced was solved quickly without delays. We previously used GoKwik, but the experience was not good for us. Because of that, we decided to move completely to COD King, and it has been the right decision. Highly recommended for serious D2C brands looking for stability, speed, and strong support.

Very helpful and approachable with almost instant responses with the inbuilt chat inbox and over call. I would suggest this app to anybody who uses a COD and i have been using the application for more that 2 years.

Gaurav is really technically very good and in a single interaction, i got my issue resolved. I am really very happy on his assistance to sort my issue. I recommend others to go with COD King for partial payment COD orders. Thanks

COD King support has been excellent. Pankaj and the team were constantly helpful throughout. The app didn’t perform as expected initially, but they patiently guided me and helped set everything up properly. Really appreciate the support. Highly recommend COD King to anyone who wants COD enabled on their store.

They went out of the way to solve my issue. I needed an additional condition to implement my requirement. The CSR pulled in the developer to help me out. Not only that, they even suggested a better implementation of my earlier conditions, preempting future issues. Much thanks!!

A basic software issue took 36 hours to respond; the response I got was it's not resolvable. Amandeep seemed not remorseful and extremely lackadaisical in his attitude. The issue was as basic as OTP not being triggered.
