COD King Software for Shopify is truly the best app I've ever used! Outstanding customer support, a solid 5-star experience, and lightning-fast service. It's incredibly user-friendly and addresses real challenges effectively. Highly recommend it for seamless COD management and problem-solving

Although the plugin works the way its advertised, but the web vitals are affected heavily, seems poorly coded plugin. (not a techie here but that what it looks.)

This is a COD verification app that does not verify COD orders. After initial OTP verification customer is free to put any other phone number while entering shipping details. This defeats the entire purpoe of the app. Support is not 24 Hrs as claimed by the developers , there is no trial on paid plans (free plans do not offer testing of all functions) . Customer support claims that since we are poor and cannot afford shopify plus plans we should be happy with whatever they are giving us in this app. One of the worst app ever on shopify... completly avoidable

PANKAJ was the one who supported me in the onboarding process, clarifying doubts and resolving the issue and he was EXCELLENT, QUICK, RESOURCEFUL... All I know is giving him access to the store and everything fell in place at the wink of an eye like a move of the magic wand. Thanks and would have given all the stars in the sky to him and his team but leaving it for the other users to shower on them... KUDOS

Useful app to stop fraud cod orders on our website. It provides many features which helps in managing cod in a best way. Their support is also very responsive, i was having a trouble in setting up the app but support team solved it in minutes.
