Worst app experience ever lost money and customers This app is a complete disaster for any serious online business. It forced OTP verification before customers can even add items to the cart, making the website feel like a scam page. Every OTP triggered costs $0.54, so even if someone is just browsing or adding items without buying, I'm losing money. On top of that, even customers who are ready to pay with card are confused because OTP is asked way too early long before the checkout page. This is a terrible user experience that destroyed my conversion rate. Their customer support is completely unprofessional, rude, and not helpful at all. They take no responsibility for the damage caused. Avoid this app if you care about your store and customers. It will hurt your business.
