This app Saves me a lot of money . my confirmation rate with real call center is 60% but with OTP we crossed 90+% and the crazy fact is the delivery rate 75% in both confirmation ways. so i decided to use only OTP and it's working perfect for me. Easy to use and working perfectly 10/10, the SMS sending speed is very fast, you will receive OTP code within second. the support is amazing, specially mr amandeep Very fast Responding time. I just wish if they can add COD check out form integrated with OTP verification in the future.

Tried multiple COD apps through Shopify apps channel but all of them were not only costly but very confusing, therefore uninstalled all of them. Then I came across this app called COD King and played around with it for sometime, I found it super easy to integrate with super simple 'to the point' UI that helped me navigate throughout the implementation process step by step. All functionality worked like a charm without interfering with the active website CSS and workflows. I connected with the founder of the App Amandeep, he is super helpful and answered all my questions related to automating message trigger with branding. Overall, I am super happy with COD King product. If you are trying to find a app that takes care of your COD validation, then for for this app. It does the job wonderfully.

It's great - easy to use app. Very simple and helps with auto verifying COD orders. One can even block specific numbers from placing a COD order - this feature has helped us quite a lot and limiting repeat fake orders.

First off I don't use COD but if I did they are the COD King! Nevertheless I do use if 100 % for OTP on all my Credit Card and prepaid customer who buy from us weather they use PayPal / Venmo / Apple Pay etc. this app is great because it helps prevent fraud and validates identity this is a huge win for my business and I couldn't be more pleased to work with them... not to mention the integrated customer support and tech support they offer to help get you setup is first class!
