This app is not compatible with multi-currency/multi-locale stores. It fails to convert the currency for orders, always billing in the store's default currency. This results in invoices that are void and cannot be processed by our accounting team. We had to cancel COD orders and manually place them again which disrupted our workflow significantly. The minimum order value for COD doesn't function correctly due to currency issues. If the store where COD is enabled uses a different currency than the store's default, the feature doesn't work. This defeats the purpose of using this app for multi-currency stores. We had to uninstall the app and will maintain a 1-star rating until a solution is provided.

I fully understand how serious these issues are, especially when they affect your accounting workflow, order processing, and overall store operations. You should never have to deal with void invoices or manually recreate orders because of app limitations, and I’m truly sorry this caused such disruption. Regarding the currency conversion issue, you are correct that certain limitations can occur depending on how Shopify handles multi-currency data. In some setups, especially when the payment method and storefront currency differ from the store’s base currency, Shopify does not always provide consistent currency information to apps. This can lead to the app receiving only the default store currency, which unfortunately affects features like invoice generation and minimum order value validation. That being said, this is still our responsibility to address, and we are actively working on improving compatibility with multi-currency environments. Your feedback is extremely valuable here, and I appreciate you taking the time to explain the exact impact it had on your workflow.
