The app could be very useful if the interface were more intuitive. Unfortunately, customer support is not particularly helpful. I spent a considerable amount of time exchanging emails with what turned out to be an AI assistant regarding an issue they were ultimately unable to resolve. After keeping me engaged in a long email thread, the final response was simply: "It can't be done." A complete waste of time.

i am in the process of building my website and the app offers me the technical adjustment i need, within the tight frame work of shopify in calculating checkouts. the app's technical support agent was very helpful and responsive. if the business grows well i will definitely subscribe to one of their plans
