Excellent app and outstanding customer support! The app works perfectly and is very easy to use. Everything runs smoothly and exactly as expected. What really makes the difference is the customer support: the team is extremely responsive, friendly, helpful, and always available to assist whenever needed. They respond quickly and do their best to find solutions to any questions or issues.
Support team is excellent.. they help me alot to fix the issue . Immediately they assist me and they work around 1 house to find the route causes that was missing from my side in my Shopify store . Thanks you ones again
“WhatsApp OTP is blocking my Shopify checkout. It sometimes appears before payment-method selection, including for customers who were already verified within the last few hours. Sometimes no OTP is delivered, preventing the customer from reaching the payment page. Persistent Verification is enabled. Also, the $5/$10 balance top-up buttons were not working, and now the app says my account has reached the maximum daily top-up limit. Please fix the OTP delivery/persistent verification issue and confirm whether OTP can be triggered only when Cash on Delivery is selected.”

The Releasit COD Fee will automatically add 0.65% of the paid amount, This issue has been resolved when i disabled automatically capture payment for cash‑on‑delivery orders when creating orders. Overall, this app suits me quite well. Cash‑on‑delivery can be disabled based on conditions.

If you can reach out to me with an order number where you saw the incorrect amount, along with how your COD fee is currently set up (whether it's a flat amount or a percentage, and any rules attached to it), I can dig into what's causing the inconsistency. In many cases this comes down to how the percentage fee interacts with rounding or another app running at checkout, but I want to confirm that against your actual setup rather than guess. The setup was quick and straightforward, and the rule worked perfectly during checkout testing: COD remained available for smaller orders and disappeared automatically when the order total exceeded our limit. This gives us much better control over high-value orders and protects our business from costly refused deliveries. The app works exactly as expected and is easy to configure. Highly recommended for any Shopify merchant offering cash on delivery!
