Releasit Cash on Delivery is exactly what we needed. The installation took only a few minutes, and the app gives us full control over COD—custom fees or discounts, minimum/maximum order rules, and clean, localized messaging at checkout. It works flawlessly with our theme and provides a clear, frictionless experience for customers who prefer to pay on delivery. We’ve seen fewer abandoned checkouts and better order quality thanks to the built-in validations. The documentation is clear, but what really stands out is the support team—fast, knowledgeable, and proactive. If COD is part of your strategy, this app is a no-brainer.

I recently had a very disappointing support interaction with Dzenan from Releasit. I reached out for help after upgrading to the new Shopify thank you page and updating Shopify notification template. I’m on the Enterprise plan, so I expected a more thorough service and at least a full check of the installation, but I kept getting partial answers and was told to “check with Shopify” for the rest. Even after asking twice to confirm that the setup was correct, the request was never properly addressed. The whole experience felt rushed, incomplete, and far below the level of support I would expect from a premium plan. If you’re looking for attentive, clear, and complete help, my experience suggests you may not get it here.

I understand you wanted a full review of your setup after switching to the new Shopify thank you page and updating your templates. I checked the conversation with Dzenan. He updated the Order Confirmation template, which is the one we can edit. The other templates are managed by Shopify, so any changes there need to go through their support. That said, the communication could have been clearer, and I understand how that made things confusing. We’ll make sure to improve how we explain this in the future. Seriously don't see any point in this app. Can't be translated, can't have difference prices per country, amount is added AFTER user checks out, meaning you can't build any meaningful API flow with it, since the total amount will always be without the COD fee. Best thing is they charge 30$ a month for unlimited orders? For what? It does absolutely nothing, you can build something like it in a day with ChatGPT nowadays. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

The app works perfectly, you can even customize it just for the countries where you want to sell with COD. Support is quick in response and very efficient. We have been using this app since we decided to add COD, recommended.
