Well-designed and functional app, but the customer service is disappointing. I simply asked if there was a particular feature available. After the first response from customer service, which included a video tutorial, I found that the change had already been made to my shop without my permission. After asking for everything to be put back the way it was, the main setting was not enabled, causing me damage. Fortunately, only one customer made a purchase without adding cash on delivery! Be careful!

I recently had a very disappointing support interaction with Dzenan from Releasit. I reached out for help after upgrading to the new Shopify thank you page and updating Shopify notification template. I’m on the Enterprise plan, so I expected a more thorough service and at least a full check of the installation, but I kept getting partial answers and was told to “check with Shopify” for the rest. Even after asking twice to confirm that the setup was correct, the request was never properly addressed. The whole experience felt rushed, incomplete, and far below the level of support I would expect from a premium plan. If you’re looking for attentive, clear, and complete help, my experience suggests you may not get it here.

Thanks for your feedback. I’m really sorry the experience wasn’t what you expected. I understand you wanted a full review of your setup after switching to the new Shopify thank you page and updating your templates. I checked the conversation with Dzenan. He updated the Order Confirmation template, which is the one we can edit. The other templates are managed by Shopify, so any changes there need to go through their support. That said, the communication could have been clearer, and I understand how that made things confusing. We’ll make sure to improve how we explain this in the future. I found this app useless. I charge shipping fees below x order value be it prepaid or COD. I wanted to charge a small fees against cash handling services for COD orders, so if a customer places an order for X then he should not be charged for shipping but he has to pay for cash handling. But the app failed to meet all the conditions and charge accordingly. I had to un-install it.
