Redeemly Store Credit Cashback

Ditch the confusing points, this is the way to go! We switched to Redeemly because our old points system was confusing for customers and eating into our margins. This app offers straight-up store credit cashback, which is so much easier for customers to understand and actually drives them to come back and spend it. Setup was a breeze. We had it installed quickly, and it easily integrated with our email provider. Since switching, we've even noticed more frequent recurring orders. Customer service is top-tier as well. Yaman was incredibly fast and helpful with any questions I had. If you want a straightforward, native store credit app that customers actually understand, I highly recommend making the switch!

EDITED: The team were amazing at taking our feedback on board and has now included a date range in analytics and checked in with us personally to ensure we got this update. Absolute legends! The app is super helpful at bringing our AOV up and offering store credit. It's easy to set up and simple for customers to use at checkout. The analytics need a little bit more work to be able to customise the date range of the analytics. Its only last 7 days, 30 days or all time which isn't easy to see how specific campaigns or sales went.
