As of October 2025 support now says app is not working due to Amazon updates and may be dropped. For sure, some functionality is still there but it is not importing families together as one but instead as separate listings, so useless. Even when it was "working" it was buggy and didn't flawlessly import all the time. Support was always horrible and they only replied days later with limited help. Not worth wasting your time with anymore.

I have experienced fantastic service from Ankit and various colleagues including Divyanshu !! Sometimes communication with other India developers is sub-standard ... BUT ... the communication stream with CedCommerce is STELLAR. Just hit the CHAT button, and instantly no matter what time of the day or night a customer service rep answers right away. They use email and chat as well as video conferencing to solve issues and I have had outstanding help when needed. Even complex issues get solved quickly. And best of all they are VERY transparent with money issues. It is a pleasure to work with them as we migrate our Amazon Seller Central catalog to Shopify.

Ankit was very helpful with a complete amateur in myself today.. he baby stepped me through every step of the way as I am useless. I cannot thank him enough without this support I would have been completely stuck

They charged me even though i installed the app and sent them an email to cancel the subscription. Shady business

Probably the worst support and the worst application you can use, STAY AWAY FROM IT!! It's been 2 months that EVERYDAY I need to communicate with their team because it doesn't properly sync with Ebay. I'm left on "seen" messages and every time I request for their to fix it (again and again), it takes 48-72h every time. How do you want us to make sales and have a functioning store if this application which is ESSENTIAL is never properly working? DO NOT EVEN INSTALL IT, YOU'LL REGRET IT.
